Our Team

The One in Four core team is made up of a group of dedicated individuals who are committed to shedding light on the adverse impact of mass incarceration in the U.S. and drawing attention to the systemic inequities that fuel it and make it hard to re-enter society upon release from prison. We are passionate about nurturing dialogue, while fostering compassion and empathy.

“Fantastic podcast revolving around the ouroboros of our prison re-entry system. Prisoners remain part of an infrastructure that relies on them to fail over and over again. It’s the New Jim Crow – a deeeep history that hangs a symbol high of shame in this country.”

iTunes Review

“The structure of this series is perfectly designed to both inform and engage with the audience…the interviews are authentic, visceral, and in the moment. Difficult to put out of your thought process as your day continues. Truly a must-hear for an engaged citizenry.”
